1. How to register a membership of "Ambassador Flowers & Gifts e-Shop"?
It is easy and free. On the main page, please click "Sign up" in "Member Login". Fill in customer personal information and send out. Then customer is free to shop in "Ambassador Flowers & Gifts e-Shop".
2. What are the benefits of a registered member?
Registered members can use our shopping coupons issued during our promotional period. Those who wish to receive our email newsletter will also receive promotional news about new arrivals, sales, etc. If you have not yet been registered, please proceed to Member Registration.

A lot of email service provides and email client software have filters to block junk emails but our customers told us that a lot of times these filters also blocked legitimate emails like the ones we send you. In order to ensure you receive all the e-newsletters, order confirmation and dispatch emails we send you, please follow these recommendations:
- add our email address to your Address Book
- avoid using webmail accounts such as yahoo.com, hotmail.com, sina.com, 163.com, etc.
- check on any folder named "Junk", "Spam", "Filtered/Blocked", or even at the Trash/Bin folder. If you see our email there, please mark it as "not spam" or "report as not spam". There is an option to do this from the functions provided by your email account service (Yahoo!, Hotmail, Gmail, etc.).

4. If any order is missing, could customer add to the same order number?

Redeeming promotion codes & cash coupon codes
If you have a promotion code, just enter it in the promotion code field on the Shopping Basket page (Step 1 of the checkout process); if you have a cash coupon code, please enter in on the Payment page (Step 3 of the checkout process). Please note that these codes are case-sensitive. Click "update basket" to see the promotion reflected in your shopping basket. You may only use one promotion code per order, and in some cases promotions can only be redeemed once per person. All promotion codes are available for a limited time, while supplies last and cannot be use once expired.
1. How to know customer order has been confirmed?
After complete customer order in "Ambassador Flowers & Gifts e-Shop" customer will receive an email confirmation. It contains an invoice number which customer may review his/her order.
2. I did not receive Payment Confirmation email.

Colour of products
We have used our best efforts to accurately display the colors of the products, however the actual color you see will depend on your monitor and may not be accurate. You can return any items if you are not completely satisfied. Please refer to our return policy for further details.
Restrictions to sell
Due to commercial commitments, we may not be able to sell certain products or brands to certain locations. We only display products or brands that we can offer to sell to your selected location, but if you have switched your location during your shopping process, you may experience problems when checking out the products. 3. How to arrange the delivery?
Upon order confirmation, our staff will contact customer by phone on day before customer specified delivery date. On date of delivery, our staff will call customer again to arrange delivery time. Customer may check with us by phone or e-mail.
4. Can I change the shipping address after placing my order?
We regret that you cannot change the shipping address after placing your order. Please be forewarned.
5. Can I ship to multiple addresses?
You can only specify one address per order. If you want to ship items to multiple addresses, you have to order separately for each address. However, please be reminded that you will be charged for shipping and handling charges with each order.
6. What happens if I refuse to receive my order?
If you refuse to accept the delivery of an order, or if an order is returned to us after the retention period at the post office has passed after failed delivery attempts, we cannot provide a refund for the shipping costs. Additionally, we will subtract the actual shipping cost borne by Ambassador Flowers & Gifts from the item subtotal before making a refund. In the event where this cost exceeds the item subtotal, we will charge you the difference separately.
